All sales and orders are final once they are purchased. If any changes need to be made, they need to be made within the first 24 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee even within this time frame if the changes can be made. Any changes received after 24 hours will have the order subjected to be canceled/refunded in order for the buyer to repurchase the item(s).
Returnable Items: Returns are only available for items that arrived damaged. Refunds are only available for items never received (lost in the mail). All sales are final within this exception only. Within 14 days of receiving your product you may return the item for a replacement if the item. Buyer needs to fill out our return form to receive approval for the return in which we the seller will give a packing slip that MUST be included in the return, otherwise no refund. Buyer is responsible for covering the costs of the shipping label.
